If you’re planning a detox, first read this book. There is a lot of wisdom, knowledge and scientific research in it that you will need and should know. This book is not just about body and colon cleansing. It’s also about cleansing your mind and environment (personal care products, air,…). It’s a book about cleansing your life !

This book and author are both wonderful. I had a chance to meet and listen to Dr. Fitzgerald recently. She has created a health guide that is easy to read, understand and touches on holistic health in a no-nonsense manner. Our acupuncture/day spa office reccommends this book to all of our clients as a comprehensive guide to achieving a higher state of wellness. You will read this over and over.

What is extraordinary about this book is both the logic of holistic-health solutions but also addressing the spiritual side of people from a completely open-minded, progressive standpoint. While many good and valuable health books show alternative medicines, this one demonstrates both through common sense as well as an extensive bibliography the proof that eradicating toxins (in mind, body, and spirit) is the real key. It is the real key, though often not talked about “in polite company”. People seem to want the magic pill or vitamin, but won’t think of the logic behind flushing the body of its waste, which is a real problem in the industrialized world. As a healed patient of Dr. Patricia, I was greatly pleased to see this book come out to spread her excellent work to a worldwide audience. It will remain a great resource for me and my family in the future.
